Use of Information
At WLShelp.com, we do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information (including e-mail address, phone number, etc.) regarding our visitors. Any information you provide us with will be used responsibly, is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. WLShelp.com does not send unsolicited emails or spam of any type. The only contact we may have is when we are responding to an email you have initiated.
WLShelp.com uses the feature of your internet web browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to your computer. Cookies are files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive. WLShelp.com uses these cookie files to track your clicks as you go through the web site. We use these cookies to keep track of what parts of our web site attract the most traffic and to determine how to make our web site easier to navigate. These cookies cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses.
We also use third party advertisements on WLShelp.com to support our site. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites). WLShelp.com has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
You can chose to disable or selectively turn off WLShelp.com cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found at the browsers' respective websites.
As with most other websites, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or Comcast Cable), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.
